The present invention discloses a high-strength butyl rubber inner tube material. The butyl rubber inner tube material is prepared by using the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of sulphur powder, 50-70 parts of white carbon black, 20-30 parts of EVA resin, 30-40 parts of waste butyl rubber inner tube, 30-40 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 10-14 parts of epoxy resin 616, 1-3 parts of accelerant M, 70-80 parts of butyl rubber 1751, 1-3 parts of magnesium stearate, 1-3 parts of naphthenic oil, 3-5 parts of smoke sheet rubber, 1-2 parts of C 5 petroleum resin, 1-3 parts of epoxy flax oil, and 40-50 parts of compounded and intercalation modified powder.
