The invention discloses an infinitely variable speed hydraulic transmission bicycle. The bicycle comprises a bicycle body, the bicycle body comprises a bicycle frame, a manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger-type fuel pump is arranged at the pedal positions of the bicycle frame, the manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger-type fuel pump comprises a fuel pump body and a transmission shaft which passes through the fuel pump body, pedals are located at the two ends of the transmission shaft, and pedal shanks of the pedals are connected with the two ends of the transmission shaft; a manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger motor is arranged in the center of a rear wheel of the bicycle body, the manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger motor comprises a motor body and an output shaft located on the motor body, the output shaft is a hollow shaft, the output shaft is connected with an overrun clutch of the bicycle rear wheel, a rear wheel shaft passes through the output shaft, and the tail end of the bicycle frame is fixed to the two ends of the rear wheel shaft; the manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger-type fuel pump is connected with the manually-operated variable hydraulic plunger motor through an oil pipe; the bicycle is further provided with an oil tube, and the oil tube is connected with the oil pipe. The infinitely variable speed hydraulic transmission bicycle is high in speed and great in abrupt-slope climbing capability and weight-carrying capability.
