The invention relates to a throttling stepless variable pressure trailer control valve. The trailer control valve comprises an upper main valve shell (100-1), a lower main valve shell (100-2), an upper cover (100-3), a main valve rod (6), an upper membrane assembly (8-1), a lower membrane assembly (8-2), a gas valve assembly (11) and four working chambers (4-1, 4-2, 4-3 and 4-4). The trailer control valve further comprises a throttling device (10) and a pressure regulating and pressure stabilizing device (50). Due to the fact the devices are additionally arranged on the trailer control valve, the gas pressure of an auxiliary hand brake can be changed to meet the requirement for the needed braking force, and the problems that the auxiliary brake is not ideal in braking and prone to locking are solved; the problem that the gas pressure of gas from a gas storage tank is prone to losses is solved, and it is ensured that the trailer control valve completes emergency braking work.
