A bump energy-absorbing comprises a guide end cover, an installation plate connected to the guide end cover, a cutter and an energy-absorbing cylinder, wherein one end of the energy-absorbing cylinder is inserted into the guide end cover; the cutter consists of a plurality of cutting edge parts corresponding to the energy-absorbing cylinder; when the other end of the energy-absorbing cylinder is axially bumped, the energy-absorbing cylinder is pressed to be inserted into the guide end cover and cut into a plurality parts by the cutter; and the energy-absorbing cylinder reversely bends on the bottom of the guide end cover, so bump energy can be absorbed. Deformation space is fully utilized with the energy-absorbing cylinder pressed into the guide end cover and reversely bending and 100% spatial utilization rate can be achieved; and various energy absorption methods are utilized in the bum energy-absorbing device, including combinations of material efficacy-losing energy, friction energy, compression and bending deformation energy, so structural bump safety performance can be greatly improved. The invention further provides an automobile having the bump energy-absorbing device.
