A long rod type bent arm structure used for an automobile chassis comprises a long rod type bent arm body. At least one arch bent section is manufactured on a long rod of the bent arm body according to the positions of connection parts at the two ends. A short cylindrical connection block is arranged at one end of the bent arm body. A connection through hole is formed in the middle of the bent arm body. A bowl-shaped connection block is arranged at the other end of the bent arm body. A bowl-shaped groove is formed in the bowl-shaped connection block. The short cylindrical connection block, the bowl-shaped connection block and the long rod type bent arm body are formed through one-time forging. The whole long rod of the bent arm body forms a twisted special shape. The short cylindrical connection block at one end and the bowl-shaped connection block at the other end oppositely form a twisted corner larger than 90 degrees in the same radial plane. The cross section of the long rod of the bent arm body is square. Large-gradient arc-shaped chamfers are manufactured on the four corner edges of the cross section of the long rod of the bent arm body. The long rod type bent arm structure has the advantages of being simple and reasonable in structure, convenient and reliable to use, convenient to machine, high in strength and toughness, and the like.
