Let a region within 1/2 of the distance from the center point C to a top surface be "center region Rc", and a region outside the center region Rc "top surface region Rs". Then, it is assumed that the Vickers hardness Hvc of the center region Rc is greater than the Vickers hardness Hvs of the top surface region Rs. Further, let the Vickers hardness on L1 in the top surface region Rs be "Hv1", and the Vickers hardness on L2 in the top surface region Rs "Hv2". Then, the relationships expressed by the following expressions are satisfied: Hvc-Hv1=<150 Hvc-Hv2=<150 Hv1/Hvc*100>=85.11 Hv2/Hvc*100>=79.84
