The invention provides a plunger pump self-cooled retarding braking device of a non-winding high-rise rescue elevator. The plunger pump self-cooled retarding braking device is characterized by comprising a rotary assembly, a static assembly and a cooling liquid self-circulation system; according to the static assembly, the outer end of a flange shaft hole of a speed reducer is connected with a round-box-shaped sealing cavity, and a speed reducer output shaft penetrates through a bearing lining of the shaft hole to enter the round-box-shaped sealing cavity; the rotary assembly is installed in the round-box-shaped sealing cavity, and an annular water channel is arranged on the periphery of the wall of the round-box-shaped sealing cavity; and an eccentric wheel of a plunger type water pump of the cooling liquid self-circulation system is in key connection with the speed reducer output shaft, and the plunger type water pump drives self-circulation of cooling liquid in the annular water channel. The plunger pump self-cooled retarding braking device has the beneficial effects that the deceleration function and the braking effect are integrated, so that the mechanism number is reduced, and system reliability is improved; and the cooling device is arranged for deceleration and braking, and therefore potential safety hazards are eliminated.
