The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle rescuing devices, and particularly relates to an electric equipment dragging device. The electric equipment dragging device comprises a center wheel assembly, an end cover, a planet wheel assembly, an inner gear assembly, a planet carrier, a steel wire rope, a rope roller, a connecting plate and a lug ring frame. The center wheel assembly, the planet wheel assembly, the inner gear assembly and the planet carrier form a planet speed reduction gear train. When rotating movement is input from an outer shaft head, rotating movement with the speed reduced by a certain multiple is output from a rope roller shaft segment, and torque is increased by a certain multiple while the speed is decreased. Thus, force multiple times larger than exerted force can be generated by manually rocking a handle instead of exerting excessively-large force, and heavy electric equipment can be dragged. The electric equipment dragging device is small in size, low in weight, easy to operate and not too high in price and will not cause damage to crops or trees.
