The invention provides an ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) braking method. During braking, friction force data between a wheel and the ground is detected by using a friction force detecting device; and according to the friction force data between the wheel and the ground, an ABS executor is controlled by an electronic control unit to adjust a braking force of a braking part to the wheel; therefore, the friction force between the wheel and the ground is always close to a maximum value. The ABS braking method provided by the invention is advantaged in that the friction force between the wheel and the ground is always close to the maximum value during braking and the wheel cannot be locked; therefore, the braking distance of a vehicle is short and the stability of the vehicle can be kept during braking.
