An automobile sun visor with an anti-dazzling function comprises a sun visor body and is characterized in that a round observation window is arranged in a plane of the sun visor body and penetrates through the sun visor body; the observation window comprises a first polarizer and a round dimmer; the first polarizer is fixedly arranged on one side, close to a front windshield of an automobile, of the observation window and is parallel with the plane of the sun visor body; the dimmer is movably arranged on one side, close to a driver, in the sun visor body and can rotate around the central axis of the observation window; the dimmer comprises a coplanar circular casing and a second polarizer fixedly arranged in the circular casing; teeth are arranged on the periphery of the circular casing; the plane of the dimmer and the plane of the first polarizer are arranged in parallel; a worm is also fixedly arranged on the sun visor body; the worm can rotate around the axis of the worm and is coplanar with and meshed with the dimmer to form a worm gear and worm mechanism; one end of the worm is fixedly connected with a rotation mechanism fixedly arranged on the sun visor body.
