The invention relates to a lifting stabilizing device based on a scissor crossing assembly. The lifting stabilizing device comprises a lifting frame and the scissor crossing assembly, wherein the lifting frame comprises an upper frame body and a lower frame body arranged in parallel and a lifting mechanism connected with the upper frame body and the lower frame body and used for controlling lifting of the upper frame body. The two sides of the scissor crossing assembly are connected with the upper frame body and the lower frame body respectively, and the scissor crossing assembly is used for enabling the upper frame body and the lower frame body to be kept parallel in the lifting process of the upper frame body. Compared with the prior art, the lifting process is stable through the scissor crossing assembly, the structure is compact, and occupied space is greatly saved; installation is facilitated, and adjustment is convenient.
