The invention provides an air-drop stable descending delivery hanging cabin comprising a front cabin, a loading cabin and a tail cabin. The front end of the front cabin is has a low-resistance elliptical conical contour; the loading cabin is cylindrical; and the tail cabin is elliptical conical. The air-drop stable descending delivery hanging cabin is characterized in that the tail cabin has four stabilizing tail wings symmetrically arranged in an X shape; and a deceleration parachute and a descending-stabilizing parachute are disposed in the tail cabin. The hanging cabin further comprises a control system controlled by an initiating controller, a parachute system disposed in the tail parachute cabin and the actuating explosives, wherein the control system is provided with a docking joint for a carrier and initiating explosives in the cabin, and possesses functions of timing and timely outputting electric pulses to initiate the explosives; the parachute system consists of a deceleration parachute, a stable-descending parachute and a grading parachute-opening mechanism; the parachute system possesses functions of three-time parachute-opening control, deceleration to achieve stable hanging cabin descending; and the actuating explosive has functions of connecting and separating the front tail cabin, assisting parachute opening and locking and releasing in-cabin load. The hanging cabin can achieve high-speed hanging fly, air drop, automatic parachute-opening and deceleration, stabilizing descending and releasing in-cabin load.
