The invention relates to a water whirling propulsion type master-slave underwater rescue device, belongs to the technical field of ocean underwater operation and aims at solving the common problems of low efficiency and great implementation difficulty in the existing fishing method. The head structure, middle structure and tail structure of the device are sequentially arranged; the head structure and the middle structure are connected by adopting a flexible structure, the tail structure is fixedly installed on the case of the middle structure through a tail tray to realize connection between the tail structure and the middle structure, the head structure is used for adsorbing wall surfaces of a sunken vessel, the middle structure is a power output device and is used for providing power for the head structure and the tail structure, and the tail structure is a cable winding mechanism and is used for establishing connection with a mother vessel; rescue operation is completed by adsorbing the surface of an object to be rescued by using sucking discs; the sealing parts of sucking disc connecting portions have wall surface adapting performance. The water whirling propulsion type master-slave underwater rescue device is mainly used for rescue and fishing operation in ocean underwater sudden accidents.
