The invention discloses a vibration attenuation structure of an engine power assembly. The vibration attenuation structure comprises a bolt shaft, a nut, absorber covers, a frame, a chassis support, absorbers and a suspension support; the absorber covers are arranged up and down in a paired manner, each absorber cover comprises a bottom and a skirt part outwards extending along the bottom, and containing space of the absorbers is formed by the absorber covers at the upper portion and the lower portion; the absorbers are arranged in a paired manner, each absorber comprises a rubber body, a guide sleeve and a positioning disc, each guide sleeve penetrates through a center hole in the corresponding ring-shaped rubber body, and the absorbers are arranged on the bolt shaft through the guide sleeves in a penetrating manner; and a positioning disc is attached to the opposite sides of the rubber bodies arranged in a paired manner. By means of the vibration attenuation structure, vibration attenuation on the overall engine power assembly is carried out through the absorbers, and the vibration attenuation effect is good.
