The invention provides a double-host tire pressure detection system used for long trucks. The double-host tire pressure detection system aims at solving the problem that a long truck tire pressure monitoring system can hardly achieve accurate feedback. The double-host tire pressure detection system is characterized in that the double-host tire pressure detection system comprises a display or controller, a first relay host, a second relay host and a plurality of tire pressure sensors connected with the first relay host and the second relay host in a matched mode; the first relay host comprises a first RF module, a first MCU module, a first UART module and a first power supply module which are connected with the corresponding tire pressure sensors and the second relay host; the second relay host comprises a second RF module, a second MCU module and a second power supply module which are connected with the corresponding tire pressure sensors and the first relay host; sensing data of the second relay host are sent to the first relay host through the second RF module; and the first relay host sends sensing data of the first relay host and the sensing data of the second relay host to the display or controller through the first UART module.
