The invention discloses a pressing explosion type dual-inner tube tire, comprising a cover, a stiffener, inner tubes, a spare tire, connecting pipes and medicament packages. The spare tire is flatly arranged on the inner sides of the inner rings of the inner tubes; the medicament packages are arranged in the cover; the medicament packages are of sealed hollow structures provided with air outlets; the air outlets of the medicament packages are communicated to an inflation port of the spare tire; internal substances in the medicament packages are at least one of kazoe or ammonium nitrate. The pressing explosion type dual-inner tube tire has a simple structure, after the inner tubes are punctured to leak, medicaments in the medicament packages are triggered to produce a great amount of high pressure gas to fill the spare tire, so as to open the spare tire to reach a normal working state to support the tire, so that the vehicle can continue to run, and the running safety of wheels can be improved.
