The invention discloses an automatic turnover sling for an auto-coating pre-treatment electrophoresis overhead automation vehicle. The automatic turnover sling comprises a drive car group, a walking car group, a sling attachment frame, a slide, a tilt motor, a slide locking mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a transmission reduction mechanism, a conductive device and a guide rail. The drive car group and the walking car group are connected at the top of the sling attachment frame, and the drive car group and the walking car group are both movably connected on the guide rail. The tilt motor is installed at the upper part of the sling attachment frame. The turnover mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the sling attachment frame. The transmission reduction mechanism is installed at the middle position of the sling attachment frame. The conductive device is transmitted from the upper end of the sling attachment frame to the bottom of the turnover mechanism. The slide is installed above the turnover mechanism through the slide locking mechanism. Through the 360 degrees turnover technology of the sling on an overhead hoist-free lifting automation vehicle, problems on aspects of quality, rhythm, energy reduction and flexibility can be solved so as to reduce energy and minimized consumption of chemical agents.
