The invention discloses a hybrid decelerator and an unmanned helicopter. The hybrid decelerator comprises a gear transmission system and a first belt synchronization wheel transmission system, wherein the gear transmission system is connected with the first belt synchronization wheel transmission system via a connection rotating shaft. The hybrid decelerator and the unmanned helicopter overcome deficiencies in the prior art; and the unmanned helicopter decelerator possesses high transmission efficiency, small noise, stable mechanical performance and high reliability as well as easy maintenance and low cost.
