The invention relates to an electric veering auxiliary device for an all-terrain vehicle. A vehicle frame unit of the all-terrain vehicle is provided with a pair of upper side pipes which are arranged on the left side and the right side respectively and a pair of lower side pipes which are arranged below the upper side pipes. The front portion between the upper side pipes and the lower side pipes is connected with a front auxiliary pipe set. The rear portion between the upper side pipes and the lower side pipes is connected with a rear auxiliary pipe set. The vehicle frame unit is provided with a power unit. The power unit is arranged on the lower side pipes in a locked mode. The front end of the vehicle frame unit is provided with a radiating component used for cooling of the power unit. The power unit is provided with a crank case and a transmission case. The power unit is provided with an air inlet. The air inlet is provided with a cooling duct used for cooling of the transmission case. The inner portion which is arranged between the radiating component and the power unit and is defined by the upper side pipes and the lower side pipes is provided with a veering mechanism. The veering mechanism is provided with a veering rod, the electric veering auxiliary device and a veering arm. The cooling duct extends in the direction of a headstock in an upward mode. An electric motor extends in the direction of a tailstock in a downward mode. During overlooking, the cooling duct and the electric motor are arranged on the two sides of the central axis of the veering rod of the veering mechanism in a matched mode respectively.
