The invention discloses a brake early-warning signal system preventing rear-end collision and maloperation, and relates to the field of automobile safety driving. The problem that when a front vehicle brakes, no early-warning signal is given to a rear vehicle is solved. The brake early-warning signal system comprises two non-contact tread probes, an interface circuit board, a plurality of brake warning lamps and an accelerator warning lamp. Each non-contact tread probe is composed of an infrared emitting diode and an infrared receiving diode. The input ends of the two non-contact tread probes are connected to the fifth pin and the second pin of a 74LS74 double D trigger. The non-contact tread probes emit infrared signals with the fixed frequency being 25 Kc. The output ends of the two non-contact tread probes are connected to the second pin and the fifth pin of a 74LS08 positive AND gate device through wires. The accelerator warning lamp is connected with the output end of the first pin of an LM139 level comparing circuit through a wire. Each brake warning lamp is connected with the output end of the second pin of the LM139 level comparing circuit through a wire. The brake early-warning signal system preventing rear-end collision and maloperation has the advantages that brake early-warning signals can be emitted, and therefore a rear vehicle driver can be prompted to prepare for brake.
