The present invention discloses an electro-hydraulic hybrid drive main reducer active bevel gear system. The main structure comprises an active bevel gear, a pump/motor gear, a pump/motor electromagnetic clutch, a variable pump/motor, a transmission and a motor, and the active bevel gear is equipped with a synchronous gear. The active bevel gear is supported on a bearing pedestal via a left tapered roller bearing and a right tapered roller bearing, and the pump/motor gear is externally engaged with the synchronous gear and connected with the variable pump/motor via the pump/motor electromagnetic clutch. When a vehicle is braking, vehicle inertia energy is converted into hydraulic energy and stored in an accumulator; and when the vehicle starts, accelerates or operates under a heavy load condition, the accumulator releases the hydraulic energy to assist the motor in driving the active bevel gear to achieve vehicle travel. The technology is good in succession, structure is compact, bearing conditions of the main reducer active bevel gear can be improved, energy recycling and reusing can be achieved, and motor installed power can be reduced by 30% approximately.
