The invention discloses a tubular embedded open-structural tire incapable of bursting. The tire includes a body outer ring and a body inner ring; the body outer ring is divided into a left outer ring and a right outer ring which are symmetrical by a tire center radial plane; a left rim ring is arranged between the left outer ring and the body inner ring, a right rim ring is arranged between the right outer ring and the body inner ring, and the left rim ring and the right rim ring are connected to the tire center radial plane. The invention provides the tubular embedded open-structural tire incapable of bursting, and the left rim ring and the right rim ring are provided and are both connected with the body inner ring and the body outer ring; through connection with the body outer ring, when the tire makes contact with the ground, the left part and the right part, with a point of a rim connecting with the body outer ring as the center, of the rim form a buffer structure, so that stress can be rapidly scattered, and concentrated stressing of a same point and too heavy overload are avoided.
