The invention discloses a reinforcing and antiskid rubber pad. The reinforcing and antiskid rubber pad comprises a rubber base pad and a reinforcing fabric, the reinforcing material is disposed in the rubber base pad, the reinforcing fabric is rolled up to form a square sleeve which is dipped and fixed in the upper portion of the rubber base pad, the upper surface of the square sleeve comes out of the upper surface of the rubber base pad, a fluff layer is disposed on the square sleeve, and the fluff layer is connected with the square sleeve through a binder. By adopting the above technical scheme of the reinforcing and antiskid rubber pad, the square sleeve made from the reinforcing fabric is disposed in the rubber base pad, the whole structure intensity is raised, and the surface of the pad is provided with the fluff layer, so the pad is good in decorative effect and high in class, the surface will not wet or slippery if the pad comes up against water or oil, so the safety during usage can be raised.
