In a power generation facility, there are provided a plurality of diesel engines (11, 31), a plurality of turbochargers (14, 34) driven by exhaust gas of these diesel engines (11, 31), a plurality of power generators (20, 40) connected to the plurality of turbochargers (14, 34), a plurality of converters (22, 42) for converting AC power generated by the plurality of power generators (20, 40) to DC power, one inverter (24) for converting the DC power outputted from the plurality of converters (22, 42) to AC power, and a main controller (54) for controlling the converters (22, 42) in accordance with the AC power from the inverter (24), by which stable electric power can be generated.
