The invention is a lifting-wing assisted electric automobile self-charging wind-solar complementary generation device, and relates to a wind-solar complementary generation device for the charging of a battery of an electric automobile by employing solar energy and wind power generation. According to the device, problems that according to the conventional electric automobile, electric supply is mainly employed to charge up the storage battery of the automobile as the power source, the resource of electric supply already in shortage is occupied, the emission of carbon dioxide is increased, and energy saving and environmental protection cannot be completely achieved are mainly solved. According to the generation device, two supports fixed at the tail portion of an automobile cab are respectively fixed with a wind power generation device, lifting wings are respectively fixed above the top of the automobile cab and the two supports, photovoltaic cell panels are fixed on the upper surfaces of the lifting wings, and air channels of the wind power generation devices are formed between the lifting wings and the cab and between the two lifting wings. According to the generation device, solar energy and wind energy are employed to charge up the battery of the electric automobile, the charging frequency for the battery of the electric automobile by the electric supply can be reduced, the operation cost is reduced, and recycling of energy is realized.
