The invention discloses a hanging scaffold structure of a tower crane, which comprises a hanging scaffold and a hanging arm capable of sliding relative to the hanging scaffold. The hanging scaffold structure is characterized in that the hanging scaffold is provided with a first hanging rope hole, a second hanging rope hole and a third hanging rope hole; mutual connection lines of the first hanging rope hole, the second hanging rope hole and the third hanging rope hole form a regular triangle; and a first hanging rope, a second hanging rope and a third hanging rope penetrate through the first hanging rope hole, the second hanging rope hole and the third hanging rope hole and are combined at a point. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the swinging amplitude of the hanging ropes can be effectively alleviated during object hoisting, so that the purposes of making a hoisting position precise and protecting ground operation personnel are achieved.
