Provided are a rail transit auxiliary tracking early-warning anti-collision system and a tracking early-warning method thereof. The rail transit auxiliary tracking early-warning anti-collision system comprises two completely identical rail transit auxiliary tracking early-warning devices arranged at the head and tail of a train respectively. Each rail transit auxiliary tracking early-warning device comprises vehicle equipment and an RFID tag arranged at a rail position where the state of the train possibly changes. Each set of vehicle equipment comprises a master control module, a secondary radar detecting module, an RFID information read-write module, a display warning terminal and a power module, and the secondary radar detecting module, the RFID information read-write module, the display warning terminal and the power module are electrically connected with the master control module. According to the tracking early-warning method, a linear frequency modulation pulse compression and signal encoding averaging method is adopted to improve distance measurement accuracy. Range information of all target trains is classified and filtered, stable tracking is built, and the anti-interference performance is improved. The functions of automatic train running state recognition and manual setting are fused so that the system can adapt to more train running working conditions.
