The invention provides an electric bicycle riding computer with a riding mileage pre-estimating function. The computer is composed of a signal sampling input circuit, an analysis and processing circuit and a liquid crystal output display circuit. A liquid crystal display screen can display the riding mileage, the battery capacity, charge and discharge efficiency, real-time voltage and real-time current of a storage battery of an electric bicycle. Control functions of the electric bicycle are integrated to form the riding computer. A single chip microcomputer can conveniently carry out data processing. Data are analyzed after being collected, the battery capacity is represented by the product (namely energy) of voltage, current and time; more accurate speed signals are obtained by combining a real-time clock and mileage pulse; a hall element is used for measuring direct current without cutting in original circuits, namely, non-energy-consumption type measurement is carried out without serial-in of a sample detecting resistor. The riding mileage can be estimated according to real-time voltage, load current, mileage pulse and the surplus capacity. A rider can know how much longer the electrical bicycle can run, and the awkward condition that electricity is used up in the midway is avoided.
