The invention discloses a CBD (central business district) signalized intersection pedestrian crossing traffic behavior supervision system. The system disclosed by the invention starts from the red light running psychology of pedestrians, aims to ensure the pedestrian crossing safety, adopts a thought of combining facility guidance and regulation breaking punishment, and develops the CBD signalized intersection pedestrian crossing traffic behavior supervision system which is formed by an intersection pedestrian supervision monitoring device and a background control center monitoring management platform. The system integrates supervision, detection, evidence collection, alarming, statistics and face recognition, realizes functions of signalized intersection pedestrian red light running supervision, regulation breaking record statistics, system equipment maintenance, real-time monitoring management and the like, and can provide partial basic data for improving and designing an intersection. A more importance value lies in that the system carries out supervision and persuasion on pedestrian behaviors, evidence collection can be performed effectively, and punishment is carried out by being matched with relevant laws, thereby being capable of gradually reducing red light running behaviors of the pedestrians, significantly improving the traffic order of a CBD signalized intersection, and reducing occurrence of traffic safety accidents.
