The invention discloses a semi-automatic inching system of a hydraulic variable-torque forklift. The system comprises a digital control module, a load control module, an engine speed adjusting device and a brake pressure detecting device, wherein the load control module consists of an operation handle and an electric control multi-way valve; the operation handle is provided with a potentiometer for converting a mechanical travel to a voltage change quantity; the input end of the digital control module is connected with the potentiometer on the operation handle, the brake pressure detecting device and the engine rotating speed adjusting device; and the output end of the digital control module is connected with the electric control multi-way valve and the engine speed adjusting device. The digital control module is introduced to the hydraulic variable-torque forklift, and serves as a core to fit other modules and devices, so that drivers have no need to step on an acceleration pedal in the gantry operation process, the comfortable operation experience is brought, the working efficiency is improved, the automatic control of engine rotating speed change is realized, and the safety of the forklift is improved by one grade. Meanwhile, the whole set of system is high in transportability, and only needs to be correspondingly adjusted and changed so as to be applied to differential vehicle models.
