The invention relates to a making method of a helicopter flying and electricity generating dual-purpose airplane. The helicopter flying and generating dual-purpose airplane is characterized in that two airplane wings with engines rotate around a main shaft through bearing housings, the main shaft is connected with a cabin through a connecting shaft, flywheels driven by the wing engines are respectively arranged above and below the wings, and the flywheels are fixed on an electric generator adopting the main shaft as an axle center. The airplane flies after the two airplane wings with engines are started, the upper and lower flywheels are driven to reversely rotate in order to generate flying force for helping the flying of the airplane, exciting electricity generation of the electric generator fixed on the flywheels is realized, the two airplane wings are connected with the bearing housings on the airplane main shaft in a flying heliciform 180DEG angle manner, the two flywheels above and below each of the wings parallel to the wing and are provided with reverse rotation flying blades, and the flywheels are fixed on engine rotors rotating around the main shaft. Electric generator stators are fixed on the bearing housings rotating opposite to each other. The airplane main shaft is connected with the airplane cabin through the connecting shaft, and forward or backward 0-90DEG adjustment operation cane be realized with the connecting shaft as a summit.
