The invention discloses a mounting structure of a rear reflector and a rear end of a cushion for a motorcycle. Second bolts (7) penetrate through cushion mounting holes (1f) in the front plane segment of a rear reflector bracket and positioning holes in a cushion (2), so that the cushion (2) and the rear reflector bracket (1) are connected together; an assembling hole (1g) is formed in a rear inclined segment (1d); a first bolt (4) penetrates through a through hole in a motorcycle frame (5), a via hole in a rear mudguard (3) and an assembling hole (1g) in the rear inclined segment (1d) of the rear reflector bracket, so that the rear reflector bracket (1) is fixed on the motorcycle frame (5); a rear reflector (8) is closely butted against the back surface of the rear vertical segment (1e) of the reflector bracket, and is fixed to the reflector bracket (1) through a third bolt (9). The mounting structure which is disclosed by the invention can simplify the mounting technology of the rear reflector and the tail end of the cushion, so that the assembling operation is simple, the mounting firmness is high, the assembling efficiency of the whole motorcycle is greatly improved, and the mounting structure is suitable for various motorcycles.
