The invention discloses a rubber-tired tractor which comprises an axle, a frame, a parking system and a driving system, wherein wheels arranged at the two ends of the axle are solid rubber wheels, and guide wheels corresponding to rails are arranged on the frame, and are arranged at the front parts and/or the rears of the solid rubber wheels to guide the solid rubber wheels through matching with the rails. The rubber-tired tractor adopts an engine and a closed type hydraulic driving system, so that power output is stable; with the adoption of the rubber wheels serving as support and the guide wheels the same as wheels of a railcar train for guiding, the control difficulty of the rubber-tired tractor is lowered effectively, the rubber-tired tractor can perform self guiding along the rails, and operating errors are reduced; the guide wheels are articulated with the frame, so that the rubber-tired tractor further has the ability of travelling on the common ground; and the application of the rubber-tired tractor is expanded.
