The invention discloses a traction mechanism between vehicles. The traction mechanism comprises fixing holes, two first wear-resistant pieces and two second wear-resistant pieces, wherein the fixing holes are formed in the two ends of a rod body respectively, the two first wear-resistant pieces are made of a material with the hardness and the wear resistance larger than or equal to a steel material, and the two second wear-resistant pieces are made of the material with the hardness and the wear resistance larger than or equal to the steel material. Through the arrangements that the rod body of the traction mechanism is arranged to be made of an aluminum alloy material, in addition, the second wear-resistant pieces are arranged in the two fixing holes of the rod body respectively, and the first wear-resistant pieces are arranged on the end face of the rod body, the traction mechanism meets use requirements, meanwhile, the service life is guaranteed, the self weight of the traction mechanism is reduced, and the technical problems that in the prior art, since an existing traction mechanism is made of a cast steel material, so the self weight of the traction mechanism is large, and it is not beneficial for reducing the self weight of a vehicle to achieve the goal of increasing loading are solved.
