The invention discloses a symmetric-hollow-hub type roller cage shoe. The symmetric-hollow-hub type roller cage shoe comprises a base; a swing arm is hinged to the base, and a buffer is arranged on the swing arm; the buffer is connected with the base, and a shaft is mounted on the swing shaft; hubs are arranged on the shaft, and a roller is mounted on the periphery of the hubs; roller bearings are arranged between the hub and the shaft, and the hubs are composed of a first hollow hub and a second hollow hub which are the same in shape and size; and the first hollow hub and the second hollow hub are connected through a plurality of bolts. The two same hubs are adopted to be symmetrically combined and assembled, and therefore when accessories are stocked up, simplicity is achieved, and the production cost is low.
