The invention relates to an adaptive pressure balance control system based on a microcontroller, which comprises an air intake, an air exhaust opening, a cylinder, a pneumatic control safety valve, an air pressure transmission loop and a control circuit. The air pressure transmission loop comprises a pressure-regulating valve, an air inlet solenoid valve, an exhaust solenoid valve and a pressure sensor, one end of the air inlet solenoid valve is connected to the air intake through the pressure-regulating valve, the other end is connected to the exhaust solenoid valve, the other end of the exhaust solenoid valve is connected to the air exhaust opening, the pressure transducer is connected between the air inlet solenoid valve and the exhaust solenoid valve; the control circuit comprises an elevating switch, the microcontroller, a drive circuit and a relay, the input end of the microcontroller is connected to the elevating switch and the pressure transducer, the output end is connected to the drive circuit, and drive circuit is connected to the air inlet solenoid valve and the exhaust solenoid valve through the relay. The adaptive pressure balance control system has the beneficial effect that the air passage is simple and reliable, volume is small, weight is light, integrated level is high, application scope is large, operation is simple and flexible, load change is not required for adjusting, and production efficiency of a production line is increased.
