The invention discloses a walk rectifying method and device and engineering machinery having the device. A swing end of a walking mechanism of the engineering machinery is provided with a first weighing sensor for detecting normal stress and a second weighing sensor for detecting negative stress. The walk rectifying method comprises the following steps: when a fixed end and the swing end of the walking mechanism of the engineering machinery are different in walking distances, the swing end is changed in stress, and a bent beam weighing sensor detects the stress change quantity of the swing end; the detected stress change quantity is input in a PLC; the PLC performs the comparison operation; the PLC outputs a speed adjusting value of a frequency converter for controlling a walking motor of the walking mechanism; and the frequency converter is input with the speed adjusting value and controls the speed of the walking motor, so that the fixed end and the swing end of the walking mechanism achieve synchronous walking.
