The invention relates to the technical field of ship device installation, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a semicircular sleeve of a launching barge. A circular sleeve steel pipe is turned over by utilizing a crane in assembling process, welding process and cutting process, and monitoring positioning is performed by utilizing a laser positioning instrument in the whole course. Through combination with welding procedure control in the welding process and a cutting shape maintenance measure in the cutting process, on the condition that a special automatic turn-over device does not need, a high-precision requirement of the dimension of the cut semicircular sleeve can be guaranteed, and manufacturing technology is simple; and the method is in favor of improving manufacturing and construction efficiency of ship body parts, and saves construction cost.
