The invention discloses an electric carrier vehicle with emergency brake devices. The electric carrier vehicle comprises a carrier vehicle body. Guide wheels are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the underside of the carrier vehicle body through guide wheel brackets, the emergency brake devices and a rotating mechanism are arranged below a baseboard, motors used for driving the guide wheels to be actuated are arranged on side faces of the guide wheel brackets, the rotating mechanism is arranged on the center position of the underside of the carrier vehicle body, the rotating mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder connected with the carrier vehicle body through a rotating shaft, a disc is arranged at the end part of the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder, the emergency brake devices comprise electric telescopic rods and cone fixed mechanisms, and guide devices are also arranged in the driving guide wheels. By applying the electric carrier vehicle with the emergency brake devices, transport planes can be turned round on site and run, and meanwhile emergency brake is realized.
