The invention discloses an electric vehicle controller with an internal antitheft function. An antitheft circuit is added to the controller, and the core of the antitheft function is a critical voltage value comparison circuit. One input of a comparator is connected with any one phase line through a circuit, the other input of the comparator and a lock head key are connected to establish standard potential, the voltage values of the input ends are different, and the output voltage can also be changed; the output end of the comparator is connected with a chip of the controller through a circuit, and the antitheft function of an electric vehicle is fulfilled through a driving circuit after the chip receives signals. The antitheft purpose can be fundamentally achieved, an existing vehicle lock cracking means has no effect on the antitheft mode, and the electric vehicle cannot be unlocked only if a person does not have a vehicle key. In addition, an antitheft device does not need to be externally arranged on the electric vehicle which is provided with the electric vehicle controller with the internal antitheft function, and therefore the cost of the electric vehicle can be greatly saved.
