The invention provides an automotive automatic repair, buffering and energy absorption device and belongs to the technical field of automobile parts. Two energy absorption boxes are fixedly connected between a fixing frame and a beam, wherein each energy absorption box is fixedly connected with a piezoelectric thin film; the fixing frame is fixedly connected with an overflow valve and a liquid tank; two ends of an energy absorption box flow inlet pipe are communicated with the front portions of the upper sides of the two energy absorption boxes respectively; the right portion of the energy absorption box flow inlet pipe is communicated with the back side of the overflow valve through an overflow valve flow outlet pipe; two ends of an energy absorption box flow outlet pipe are communicated with the rear portions of the lower sides of the two energy absorption boxes respectively; the energy absorption box flow outlet pipe and a liquid tank front side hole are communicated with two ends of a flow return pipe respectively; the middle of the flow return pipe is communicated with the right side of the overflow valve through an overflow pipe; the liquid tank is fixedly connected with a filter and a liquid level meter; an electric heating grid plate is arranged in the liquid tank which is filled with the non-Newtonian fluid; the overflow valve and the liquid tank are communicated with the bilateral sides of a miniature reciprocating pump respectively. According to the automotive automatic repair, buffering and energy absorption device, the automatic repair capability is achieved and the energy absorption effect is good; the temperature of the non-Newtonian fluid can be adjusted and accordingly the automotive automatic repair, buffering and energy absorption device can be suitable for the wide temperature range and various shape structures of energy absorption boxes; the energy absorption boxes can be recycled and accordingly the economic and environment-friendly effect is achieved.
