The invention relates to a shock-absorbing device of a multi-rotor craft. The shock-absorbing device comprises a protection ring and a base ring which are arranged up and down, wherein the protection ring is connected with a craft main body through a plurality of radially arranged connecting rods; supporting rods are mounted between the connecting rods and the base ring; arc-shaped rods are mounted between the base ring and the craft main body; an arc-shaped end bent outwards is arranged at the lower end of each arc-shaped rod, and is fixedly connected with the base ring; a cushion collar is mounted at the joint between each arc-shaped end and the base ring as well as that between each connecting rod and the base ring; the cross section of each cushion collar is C-shaped; the cushion collars are buckled on the base ring. The shock-absorbing device adopts a multi-rod connecting structure, and adopts a plurality of cushion collars, so that the shock-absorbing effect on the craft is effectively improved; the ground impact load during landing can be reduced; the overturning probability of the craft is reduced. Adopting C-shaped structures, the cushion collars are easy to mount and demount.
