The double-screw structure type telescopic obstacle-crossing support arm comprises a main support arm and a transmission chain wheel set, a telescopic support arm is movably mounted on the main support arm, the transmission chain wheel set is combined on a double-screw mechanism and is fixed on the main support arm body with the double-screw mechanism, and the transmission chain wheel set is connected on the telescopic support arm body. Screws of the double-screw mechanism are matched to drive the telescopic support arm to stretch or retract, the transmission chain wheel set transmits torque outputted by a power output shaft of the main support arm to a third telescopic support arm transmission shaft of the telescopic support arm and drives the telescopic support arm to rotate. The transmission chain wheel set is matched with the screws to tension a transmission chain. By the double-screw mechanism, the purposes for controlling stretching of the telescopic support arm and keeping the chain wheel set tensioned are achieved ingeniously, and performance is firm and reliable.
