The stator is mounted in the damper housing by the outer stator fixing device, the permanent magnet rotor is fixed in the damper housing by the rotor fixing sleeve, the stator is wrapped outside the permanent magnet rotor, the vanished wires is wound around the stator, and the rotor fixing sleeve is in sleeved connection outside the inner stator fixing shaft. The recovery system recovers vibrational energy generated by a suspension system when an automobile is under moving, transfers the vibrational energy into electric energy and stores it in a power battery of the automobile, and then drives the automobile by a power system of the automobile, thus energy is saved; meanwhile, wheel power generation and wind power generation can be utilized, the energy storage capacity is high.
