The invention discloses a synchronous control and remote control method and a synchronous control and remote control system for signal of a plurality of signal towers and belongs to the technical field of revealing an inland waterway passage signal and commanding ship passage. The method comprises the steps as follows: synchronously revealing a river reach passage signal by synchronously storing a communication network and a database with a control tower and a predicating tower in a control reach; simultaneously transmitting real-time status information of each signal tower in the control reach to a remote data platform with the control tower, displaying the data with the remote data platform so as to be convenient for a user to check. The user can use a remote control center to carry out remote guidance to signal tower revealing work via the communication network when the user knows real-time information in the control reach via the remote data platform. The method of the invention can be used for greatly improving ship passage efficiency, shortening ship waiting time and avoiding the predication tower from wrongly suspending a passage signal or suspending the passage signal in a leaked manner. Simultaneously, the method and the system of the invention could reduce labor intensity of a signalman, reduce number of the signalman in the signal tower, improve the ship passage efficiency and shorten the waiting time of the passed ship.
