The invention discloses intersection network monitor management methods and a system; the methods comprise a vehicle priority passing method, a vehicle flow monitoring method and a device detection method; the system comprises a signaling controller, and a radio frequency reader-writer, a vehicle flow detection sensor, a fault detection sensor and a signal lamp respectively connected with the singling controller; the signaling controller is connected with a server in a traffic center, and receives data collected by the radio frequency reader-writer, and controls the signal lamp to work according to the data; the signaling controller receives the data collected by the vehicle flow detection sensor and the fault detection sensor, and uploads the data to the traffic center. The method is simple in operation and system structure, easy to promote, thus effectively solving the constant worsening traffic problems.
