The invention relates to the technical field of toolings for ships, particularly to a welding tooling for ships. The welding tooling for ships comprises two parallel clamping boards and a guide board connected between the two clamping boards, wherein the cross section of the guide board is in the shape of a circular arc; the top edge of each clamping board is in the shape of a semi-circular arc; a handle hole is formed in the upper end of each clamping board; a U-shaped groove corresponding to the thickness of a small hatchcover wallboard is formed in each clamping board; the tops of the U-shaped grooves of the two clamping boards are fixed in a connected manner through a first connecting board of which the cross section is in the shape of a circular arc; the circular-arc-shaped surface of the first connecting board is matched with the top of each U-shaped groove; the bottoms of the U-shaped grooves of the two clamping boards are fixed in the connected manner through second connecting boards on two sides of each U-shaped groove; the guide board is arranged above the U-shaped grooves; and guide flat boards extending to the bottom edges of the clamping boards are respectively arranged on both sides of the guide board. The welding tooling is stable and reliable in structure, and is good in guiding effects; the drainage problem in cabins can be effectively solved, and the drainage blocking caused by bent rubber tubes can be avoided, so that a big potential risk is avoided.
