The invention discloses a drive system assembly of an electric bicycle with a rear motor. A rear wheel drive motor is installed on a rear wheel supporting shaft; an outwards-extending portion is arranged on an end cover of the rear wheel drive motor; a connection body is arranged on the outwards-extending portion in a sleeving manner; a first bearing is arranged between the connection body and the rear wheel supporting shaft; step holes are formed in the connection body; the large-diameter segment of the connection body is in threaded match with the outwards-extending portion of the rear wheel drive motor; pawl springs and pawls are distributed at the outer side wall of the connection body in the circumferential direction; a ratchet is arranged on the outer side wall of the connection body through a second bearing; the outer side of the ratchet is in threaded match with a rear driven bevel gear; the rear driven bevel gear is connected with a central axis through a transmission shaft combination; a front driven bevel gear of the transmission shaft combination is installed in a front box through a fourth bearing; the front driven bevel gear of a transmission shaft is meshed with a front driving bevel gear on the central axis; a rear driving bevel gear of the transmission shaft is meshed with the rear driven bevel gear. The drive system assembly has the characteristics of simple structure, high drive efficiency, good transmission stability, low noise and the like.
