The invention discloses an adjustable bi-directional winding wheel. The adjustable bi-directional winding wheel comprises a first connecting rack and a second connecting rack. The outside of the first connecting rack is provided with a first clasp. A first winding groove is arranged between the first clasp and the first connecting rack. The first connecting rack is provided with a first clamping groove. The outside of the second connecting rack is provided with a second clasp. A second winding groove is arranged between the second clasp and the second connecting rack. The first connecting rack is connected with the second connecting rack via a clamping rack. The second clamping rack is provided with a second clamping groove. The adjustable bi-directional winding wheel has following beneficial effects: ropes and the like can be wound by means of the first winding groove and the second winding groove; and the first connecting rack and the second connecting rack can be conveniently rotated for fine adjustment so that flexibility is greatly improved and lines are conveniently wound.
