The invention belongs to the field of agriculture machinery, particularly relates to a crawler traveling device for a rice transplanter and aims to overcome defects that device trapping and slipping phenomena are easily caused, more seriously, balance of a device body cannot be maintained and the whole device topples during operation in a rice field with deeper muddy water due to the fact that most of existing traveling devices of rice transplanters are driven by wheels and the driving wheels have small contact areas. The crawler traveling device comprises rubber crawlers, driving wheels, supporting wheels, brackets, tensioning wheels, tensioning screws and transmissions and has the advantages of large contact area, stability in traveling, slipping prevention, trapping prevention and the like. Meanwhile, the device is simple in structure, reliable to work and convenient to operate and maintain.
